Sunday Stash

I bought these in August at The Quilt Rack when I went to see Tews Falls with 2 of my siblings, our kids and our friends.  Hoping to get enough dreamy, pastel fabrics to make a nice soft looking quilt.

Sunday Stash

I have been participating in the Row by Row Experience.  So far I have visited 2 shops  Creative Sisters Quilt Studio, which is my local shop and Greenwood Quiltery which is a hop away in Guelph.   And so, while I went there to pick up a free pattern... I also have a few purchases to show you.  Well.  It might be more than a few. lol.  I basically went around tossing whatever peaked my fancy into my little wicker basket.  On the plus side, my frequent shopper card at Creative Sister was full, so I had about $25 off my purchase. :D See? Purchases justified.  I have no idea what any of the fabrics are but I will attempt to find out and update.  If anyone knows, any of the names/lines shout 'em out in the comments!  Now to the eye candy.

Happy Stashing.

2015 Quarter One Goals

Well, I didn't do well last quarter.  I finished nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch. But this quarter will be different!  I will finish!  I am going to sew for at least 15-20 minutes a day. If I can do that I am sure to finish something.

In addition to my fourth quarter goals of 2014, I am adding:

This baby quilt for my nephew and his girlfriend who just had their first gorgeous daughter, Scarlet.  It needs to be basted, quilted and bound. I think simple diagonal stitching through the center of the squares will do it.

So, I have four goals to reach for this quarter.  Linking up to:
